Personal training isn't cheap, but nor should it be. We offer competitive rates for top quality and personalized services.

Pay for your sessions, not a membership

The price per session is based on your frequency and the level of your trainer. All packages are payable upfront and in full for the month ahead. Clients with active packages may choose either in-person or virtual sessions. Training with your trainer 2 + times a week? You are also welcome to use the gym in your own time at no extra cost.

Level 1 trainer

Single Session $80 / Hour

  • 2 weekly, $70 a session ($560 monthly)
  • 3 or more, $65 a session ($780 monthly)

Single Session $90 / Hour

  • 2 weekly, $80 a session ($640 monthly)
  • 3 or more, $75 a session ($900 monthly)

  • 2 weekly, $90 a session, ($720 monthly)
  • 3 or more, $85 a session, ($1,020 monthly)

Boxing and Conditioning

Instructors: Charlie 
Schedule: Saturday @ 8am
 
In this boxing conditioning class people will learn the basic foundation of boxing. What you need to know in order to box, from wrapping your hands to foot positioning and techniques. This conditioning class will start off with partner work, drills and core routines followed by learning to compile combinations, foot movements and bag work.

Glute Camp

Introducing Glute Camp, a glute building program designed with your backside in mind. Focusing on form and weight training, this class is designed to help you build your glutes & strengthen your core. Appropriate for all fitness levels, novice to advanced.
