Our packages are designed to match your weekly training frequency to ensure consistency and results.
- Training 2x per week? The 8-session pack is your best fit.
- Training 3x per week or more? The 12-session pack offers our highest value rate.
To accommodate for travel or sickness, all packages include a one month plus a 12-day grace period (42 days total) before expiring. After your package is finished, you simply choose if you'd like to repurchase. We do not use auto-renewals or hidden contracts.
