Hatha
Unwind under the stars every Tuesday this summer at our Hatha Yoga class. Through the holding of poses, proper alignment and breath, mindful actions of the body can be found. Hatha Yoga brings balance, strength, and a sense of well-being to your practice. Increase flexibility, and mental calm by incorporating a weekly yoga class into your fitness schedule.

Classes are small so preregistration is required.

All Outdoor Patio Classes

The Outdoor Patio classes are small group classes of 8 people. Please contact us by email at nav@studio-fitness.com or call 416.801.9110 to hold a spot or check availability. Spots are reserved when packages are purchased.

One Class: $16
4 Class Package: $52 ($13 per class)

Previously offered Classes:

Vinyasa Flow Vinyasa means "flowing with breath". These classes are dynamic and allow for a fluid transition from posture to posture, while becoming aware of the movement and breath connection. Vigorous sequences can be expected. Open to all levels.

Power Yoga A dynamic and vigorous (faster pace) form of yoga that builds heat in the body. This series of postures maximizes strength, concentration and flexibility with focused breath awareness. Vigorous sequences together with arm balances and inversions will be practiced throughout the class. Some experience in yoga is helpful.

Fusion A combination of Pilates and Yoga. Combining the powerful abdominal work of Pilates with vigorous sequences of Vinyasa Flow. Open to all levels.
