    After completing his professional and college career as a Student/Athlete, Louis graduated with a B.Sc. in Kinesiology. Over the years, he has worked with a wide variety of demographics, including numerous athletes actively within the NFL, MLB, MLS, and NBA.
    These experiences have created a foundation for the methodology and training principles with clients, athletes, and teams, giving him the ability to not only optimize rehabilitation, recovery, and performance but to truly assess, improve, and progress both the internal and external aspects of high performance sports.
