Studio Fitness hosts a number of talented and highly qualified trainers. We create fitness programs that deliver results both in and out of the gym.

Tuesdays @ 7pm
In this boxing conditioning class people will learn the basic foundation of boxing. What you need to know in order to box, from wrapping your hands to foot positioning and techniques. This conditioning class will start off with partner work, drills and core routines followed by learning to compile combinations, foot movements and bag work.
Thursdays @ 6:30pm
Learn how to use your body weight as a tool using the TRX system. Increase your strength and stamina with kettle bells and power movements. Develop co-ordination, stability, and range of motion while using resistance, keeping you moving and sweating!
Fridays @ 1pm
Flow & Release Yoga:

A vinyasa flow class linking the focus of breath with each physical movement, increasing flexibility and mobility while inducing a sense of complete relaxation.

Aerial Yoga:

Aerial yoga is a fun and challenging workout combining traditional yoga and pilates with aerial silk hammocks! Allow your body to strengthen and stretch in the air, without over stressing joints or compressing vertebrae. A supportive and fun practice using zero-gravity; Aerial Yoga is fun for seasoned athletes and absolute beginners alike!

Sundays @ 11am
A combination of explosive power movements mixed with conditioning and dynamic movements. Be prepared to sweat so bring your A game to this one. Make sure you’re well hydrated and bring a charge of clothes! Body awareness would be beneficial in this class but it’s open to all levels.
