Vinyasa Flow Vinyasa means "flowing with breath". These classes are dynamic and allow for a fluid transition from posture to posture, while becoming aware of the movement and breath connection. Vigorous sequences can be expected. Open to all levels.

Hatha Through the holding of poses, proper alignment and breath, mindful actions of the body can be found. Hatha Yoga brings balance, strength, and a sense of well-being to your practice. Open to all levels

Power Yoga A dynamic and vigorous (faster pace) form of yoga that builds heat in the body. This series of postures maximizes strength, concentration and flexibility with focused breath awareness. Vigorous sequences together with arm balances and inversions will be practiced throughout the class. Some experience in yoga is helpful.

Fusion A combination of Pilates and Yoga. Combining the powerful abdominal work of Pilates with vigorous sequences of Vinyasa Flow. Open to all levels.

Pilates Balanced Mind

Pilates improves your mental and physical well-being, increases flexibility, strength, endurance and coordination without adding muscle bulk. We will be using controlled movements in the form of mat exercises to tone the body, increase circulation and help to sculpt and strengthen the body's core and torso. People who do pilates regularly feel they have better posture, are less prone to injury, and experience better overall health.

30 Minute Abs

A variation of ab routines to help strengthen and build core strength. A strong core will help posture and improve form while exercising, playing sports, and in everyday routines. Not only does strong abs maintain a tighter waist, but it also improves your balance, stability, and helps prevent lower back injuries.

Boot Camp

One Class: $13
4 Class Package: $40 ($10 per class)

We will be using a variation of drills and higher intensity exercises combined with bands, calisthetics and some plyometrics to keep the heart rate up, burn calories and help tone muscle at the same time. We will provide the group with variations of the same exercises so people can be pushed within their own boundaries. The class intensity will be modified to meet peoples needs and limits.

FULL C.P.R / FIRST AID certification (touching on AED

Intructor: Jean Pierre Dagher
Date: Saturday and Sunday (for full course)

  • Takes two 6 hr days (preferably a weekend)
  • 85$ for the full two day class
  • 105$ if you want a certification in AED
  • 50$ for each class if only require a full C.P.R or FIRST AID
C.P.R re-certification (touching on AED)
  • Must already be certified in C.P.R
  • 35$ a class
  • Class time maximum 3hrs (touching on FIRST AID/ AED. No certifications though)
FIRST AID re-certification (touching on C.P.R / AED)
  • Must already be certified in FIRST AID to be able to take a re-cert
  • Class time maximum 3hrs (touching on C.P.R/ AED. No certifications though)
  • 35$ a class
** Both C.P.R and FIRST AID re-cert combined is 50$ and a total class time of 5 to 5 ½ hrs**

  • All classes will be held with a minimum of 8 people
  • C.P.R certifications, and re-certifications are good for 1 year only
  • FIRST AID certification and re-certifications are good for 3 years only
