Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa means "flowing with breath". These classes are dynamic and allow for a fluid transition from posture to posture, while becoming aware of the movement and breath connection. Vigorous sequences can be expected. Open to all levels.
Hatha
Through the holding of poses, proper alignment and breath, mindful actions of the body can be found. Hatha Yoga brings balance, strength, and a sense of well-being to your practice. Open to all levels
Power Yoga
A dynamic and vigorous (faster pace) form of yoga that builds heat in the body. This series of postures maximizes strength, concentration and flexibility with focused breath awareness. Vigorous sequences together with arm balances and inversions will be practiced throughout the class. Some experience in yoga is helpful.
Fusion
A combination of Pilates and Yoga. Combining the powerful abdominal work of Pilates with vigorous sequences of Vinyasa Flow. Open to all levels.
Pilates Balanced Mind

Pilates improves your mental and physical well-being, increases flexibility, strength, endurance and coordination without adding muscle bulk. We will be using controlled movements in the form of mat exercises to tone the body, increase circulation and help to sculpt and strengthen the body's core and torso. People who do pilates regularly feel they have better posture, are less prone to injury, and experience better overall health.

A variation of ab routines to help strengthen and build core strength. A strong core will help posture and improve form while exercising, playing sports, and in everyday routines. Not only does strong abs maintain a tighter waist, but it also improves your balance, stability, and helps prevent lower back injuries.
Boot Camp

We will be using a variation of drills and higher intensity exercises combined with bands, calisthetics and some plyometrics to keep the heart rate up, burn calories and help tone muscle at the same time. We will provide the group with variations of the same exercises so people can be pushed within their own boundaries. The class intensity will be modified to meet peoples needs and limits.
